1. Can you hang dry my clothing? 

 Absolutely! Our staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to laundry. Please place the items you want us to hang dry in a separate bag inside your laundry bag, and let a staff member know when you drop it off. There is no additional charge for hang drying.

 2. My items are missing/damaged? 

 We take missing or damaged items very seriously. We treat each case individually and will respond to you within 24 hours.

3. What is your delivery area ?

 We deliver anywhere in Queens.

 4. Do you offer same-day service?

 Yes, laundry dropped off before 4 P.M. can be done the same day.

5. Can you use a special detergent for me? 

 If you put your detergent in the laundry bag, and let a staff member know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 6. What are the earliest and latest pick-up / delivery times?

 Our pick-up and delivery services are available 6:30 am through 9:30 pm, seven days a week. You may choose any 2-hour window within those times (for example, 7:30 am to 9:30 am).

 7. What if I am not at home during my scheduled pick-up or drop-off window?

 If your schedule changes, please contact us immediately with a new 2-hour window when you will be home.

 8. What is the minimum for pick up and delivery?

 There is a $15 minimum for the service. If your laundry is less than $15, we still charge $15.

 9. I made a mistake with my order, but it’s already submitted, what can I do?

 You can contact us immediately (phone, text, or email) and tell us the problem. We will do our best to make adjustments based on your new request. 

10. Do you work with businesses or commercial l clients?

 Yes, we do. Commercial pricing is different from residential. Call or email to get a quote.
